The Rage Report
Rage Report: Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to the revamped edition of “The Rage Report” that is presented by The Domain: Gaming, Pop Culture & Entertainment!
My guest at this time is the current Grindhouse Pro Wrestling Dot Com Champion and I am talking about “The Techno Cowboy”
First off, thank you for taking time out of your schedule to do this sit-down interview with me!
Techno Cowboy: The pleasure is all mines, thank you for the support and opportunity!
Rage Report: What was the moment that you decided that you wanted to become a professional wrestler?
TC: I think the moment I truly decided to be a professional wrestler was after my first bump, after the first time I ran the ropes, which was during my try out for wrestling school. I’d always thought I wanted it, even when I was young, but I truly decided the day of my tryout. I didn’t want to be a professional wrestler; I would be one.
Rage Report: Where do/did you train and how difficult was it?
TC: I train at Ohio Pro Wrestling Academy, in Newark, OH under the tutelage of James Avery, Chad Stevens, and Samson Grove.
Rage Report: Where do you plan to take your career?
TC: I want to take every opportunity I’m given. So, I plan to take my career as far as I can. If you want a more concrete answer, right now my goal is to debut in 4 new States in 2025, with one of them being Kentucky.
Rage Report: How did you develop your wrestling persona?
TC: I love EDM, and Techno, trance, all those sub-genres of techno. I’ve always been a bit a hillbilly, that’s just in my blood. I just put the two pieces together and then turned it up as loud as I could get it.
Rage Report: Who or What is your biggest inspiration in wrestling?
TC: I think wrestling and inspiration is kind of the machine that fuels itself. I could give you ten different names of guys that I watch and get inspiration from, but the true inspiration of wrestling is the act of wrestling. Going out and giving it everything I have for the fans, getting that response back from them. As soon as its over I’m inspired and excited to go out do it all over again. There’s nothing like it.
Rage Report: What is your real-life story that relates to your wrestling character?
TC: I was always the biggest hillbilly at the rave. The Techno Cowboy isn’t a character, my man, it’s a description of me, of who I am.
Rage Report: What is your biggest feud in wrestling and why?
TC: Being honest with ya; I don’t think it’s happened yet. I’ve only been in the business a year and a half at this point, I’m still trying to build my reputation, and I think the guys and gals in the back are only now starting to take real notice of me. So, we will see what the next year has in store for me, right?
Rage Report: What is your favorite moment from a past rivalry?
TC: Again, I haven’t had any “rivalry” as of yet, but obviously I’ve had some great moments. Winning the Grindhouse .COM championship is one that obviously sticks out. That was a major accomplishment for me, one I’m very proud of being able to say I did.
Rage Report: What is your signature move and why did you choose it?
TC: It’s called the Last Dance. It’s a knee to the back of someone’s head. I chose it because it’s effective, and the Golden rule of a signature move. Makes sure you can get anyone with it.
Rage Report: What is the most painful move you’ve ever taken in the ring?
TC: There’s a few that stick out, but it’s been less about the “move” and more about person doing it.
01. Herzog ramming my shoulder into the turnbuckle post sticks out.
02. “The Dominican Hercules” Luis Cassanova clotheslining me out of my boots was pretty painful.
03. Then again, War Hoss’s signature move, “the War Machine”, was also brutal.
So, there’s been a few. But I’m still here!
Rage Report: What is your dream match/opponent and why?
TC: I know I’m supposed to say one of the favorites of my youth here, but the truth is I try really hard not to have “dream matches, and “dream opponents”. In wrestling a dream is just another word for “goal” or “objective”. So, if I have a dream match, then I’m going to work towards that match. And once I get it, because I’ve built this match up in my mind to mean so much, I’ve added a ton of pressure onto myself, when it doesn’t need to be there. So, to kind of avoid that mentality, I tend to steer away from the concept of dream matches or dream opponents.
Rage Report: Who were some of your favorite wrestlers growing up and who are some of your current favorite wrestlers today?
TC: I could give the classic answer of naming anyone from the Attitude Era, but one of my true favorites, whom I don’t think get enough appreciation today, would be Too Cool. Scotty 2 Hotty, Grand Master Sexay, and Rikishi. I just don’t feel like they ever get enough love so I’m going to say them.
As far as wrestlers today goes, I’ve been on an Oba Femi kick lately. He’s got me hooked.
Rage Report: Where can the fans find you at on social media?
TC: I’m most accessible on Facebook. But I’ll drop all the social I have for ya. Feel free to reach out to me, I love to hear from fans, love to engage with fans. It’s one of the reasons I do this, so my inbox is open!

Rage Report: Thank you, “Techno”, for doing this sit-down interview with me!
TC: Hey man, some of these questions were tougher than I thought they’d be. But I thank ya for having me all the same. But there’s no way I can end this interview without making sure I get in the catch phrase. You know it, I know it, and the people need to know it.
